Warranty
Tandberg Data includes limited warranties on every product we
sell. Service for Tandberg Data products under warranty is provided
by Tandberg Data�s fully trained and qualified technicians. Any
products found to be defective within the warranty period will be
repaired or replaced without charge.
Technical Support
Tandberg Data offers free telephone and online support on all
its current products. Tandberg Data�s Technical Support Experts
provide telephone support from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am tp 6:00
pm (MT) at (858) 207-5422.
Advanced Replacement Service (ARS)
A replacement unit or its components will be shipped to the
customer's site within 2 business days. View options.
Secure Service
For customers who require higher levels of service to minimize
downtime and its associated costs, Tandberg Data offers
extended on-site service options:
- 5x8 NBD – On-site-support during the next business day, five days a week, eight hours a day.
- 7x24 Same Day – On-site-support within four hours, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, any day of the week, including bank holidays.
