Exapacks are magazines full of Imation� LTO media that are made specifically for the 110L autoloader & 221L library.
The 110L/221L Exapak provides space-saving storage for up to seven LTO Ultrium data cartridges
Exapaks are available in LTO-1, LTO-2, and LTO-3 formats. Each Exapak includes 1 LTO data cartridge magazine and seven LTO Ultrium cartridges, each with a capacity of 100-400 GB (native capacity) in LTO Ultrium drives.
Use Tandberg Data�s X cleaning cartridge to help ensure reliable tape backup and restore.
The X cleaning cartridge reusability varies by tape drive/autoloader. Please check the instructions provided with the cleaning cartridge to gauge usage that�s right for your installation.
Tapes used for daily backups need to be replaced more often than tapes used for weekly or monthly full backups. We recommend retiring daily backup tapes after one year.
